Lettuce Link Volunteer to be Deported?

A Vietnamese immigrant and avid volunteer gardener for Lettuce Link at the Cascade P-Patch, Dung Ahn “JoJo” Tran lost his bid for political asylum and stands to be deported. Lettuce Link, a program of Solid Ground, grows fresh produce and donates it to FamilyWorks Food Bank, among others. Community agencies including Lettuce Link, the Red Cross, and others, estimate that Tran has donated over 9000 hours of his time to community service through gardening, translating, and helping the elderly during his stay in the United States.

I come across and read you piece of writing about me with headline :
“Lettuce Link Volunteer ToBe Deported?” dated March 23,2009.
I would like to take this moment to express my special Thank and Gratitude to you and your post at that time. Now my legal case was over a very long time ago and I am living legally with my family here in Seattle.
For that reason, I write this letter to request that you please remove it because it is out-of-date and it is misleading the public as long as you keep it. I appreciate for the action you will take on this matter.
I am looking and hoping to see you in person.
    To you the very best,
    JoJo Tran
