Lettuce Link Event

Please come out and support Lettuce Link (which provides fresh food to FamilyWorks Food Bank)! They still have 5 spaces left for a great event happening at Full Circle Farm in Carnation, WA this Saturday, June 13th. Join the Friends of Lettuce Link for a benefit at Full Circle Farm in Carnation – a unique opportunity to learn more about locally grown, organic and seasonal food and its connection to the emergency food system! This “Experience Farming Project” includes a full farm tour, a tasting of freshly harvested produce, bread provided by Essential Baking Company and a chef demo. A portion of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription sales that day will benefit Lettuce Link and get organic produce into the food bank system.

A portion of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription sales that day will go to Lettuce Link. However, if you cannot attend the event, you can still sign up for a CSA subscription and a percentage of your purchase will be donated to Lettuce Link. Just fill out the attached form (the other form is a map of all the pick-up locations around Seattle) and email it back to Lauren at laurenf@solid-ground.org by Friday June 12th at Noon. If you have any questions regarding CSA subscriptions please email Maggie at maggieh@fullcirclefarm.com

Thank you and we hope you can either make the event or are interested in purchasing a CSA subscription!
