Lettuce or Avocados?This upcoming week is Hunger Action Week. This means that you’re being asked to eat just $35 worth of food for the whole week. Can you do it? Can you do it *well* – eating all the appropriate nutrients and not just loading up on the filling and inexpensive fast food options that abound in low-income areas? Give it a shot. Questions?
